Professionals Yuehan Zhang

Work experience

Ms. Zhang specializes in venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang received her LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law in 2020.  Prior to that, she received her LL.B. degree from the University of International Business and Economics Law School in 2019.
