Work experience

Ms. Wang's major practice areas cover venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Wang engages in due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, drafting PRC legal opinions, and general corporate compliance matters.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Wang worked as an associate at DaHui Lawyers and interned at JunHe LLP.

Educational background

Ms. Wang graduated from Zhejiang University with a Bachelor of Science degree (Physics) in 2016, and then obtained her LL.M. from Zhejiang University in 2019.  She also completed a one-year intercollegiate exchange/cooperative program in 2018 at the University of Iowa College of Law in the United States.
