Work experience

Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Chen practiced law at King & Wood Mallesons.
Mr. Chen specializes in domestic public listings and refinancings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include conducting legal due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Chen graduated from the Ningbo University with an LL.B. degree in 2013, and graduated from the East China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Law degree with a specialization in Economic Law in 2017.
