Mr. Zheng's practice primarily focuses on domestic and overseas reorganizations and listings, venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Zheng provides professional advice on laws and regulatory rules for a variety of companies, with an industry coverage ranging from TMT, high-tech, and bio-medicine, to gaming and education.  His services mainly include designing deal structures, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence investigations, and legal research.

Mr. Zheng graduated from Peking University School of Transnational Law with a Juris Master degree in Chinese law and a Juris Doctor degree in U.S. law, both in 2020.  Prior to that, he received his LL.B. degree from Shandong University in 2017.  He also studied international arbitration at Stockholm University for six months as an exchange student.
