Ms. Feng specializes in venture capital, private equity, and capital market deals.  Her practice covers various industries, including technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), healthcare, education, logistics, and financial services.

Ms. Feng graduated with an LL.B. from the University of International Business and Economics.  She later obtained her LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School.
