Ms. Lin specializes in venture capital and private equity investment, foreign direct investment, overseas listings, and general corporate matters. Ms. Lin has represented and provided a wide range of legal services to various private equity funds and companies, etc. Ms. Lin has experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and legal due diligence, covering industries such as education, high-tech, telecommunications, internet, manufacturing, film and television, etc.
Ms. Lin received her master's degree from University of California, Berkeley in 2020. Prior to that, Ms. Lin graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2019.
