Work experience

Ms. Huang specializes in venture capital and private equity, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions. 
Ms. Huang has been involved in a wide range of industries such as technology, Internet, TMT, and life sciences.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, general corporate matters, and providing compliance advice.  Ms. Huang has also participated in the overseas listings and bond issuances of enterprises engaged in numerous industries including technology, Internet financial services, and real estate development, and is responsible for due diligence and drafting and reviewing prospectuses.

Educational background

Ms. Huang received her LL.M. degree in Criminal Law from Renmin University of China.  Prior to that, Ms. Huang graduated with an LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.
