Work experience

Mr. Zhang's practice mainly focuses on dispute resolution.  Mr. Zhang has assisted in handling arbitration and litigation cases related to asset management, share repurchases, corporate control, and other types of contract disputes.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Zhang worked for more than one year at King & Wood Mallesons.

Educational background

Mr. Zhang obtained his master's degree in law from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2019.  Prior to that, Mr. Zhang graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2015.
