Ms. Fang's practice focuses on IP law, including patent prosecution, reexamination, and other IP-related counseling. Her practice primarily involves technical fields such as artificial intelligence, computers, image processing, automation control, electrical equipment, lighting devices, semiconductors, and automobiles.
Ms. Fang has assisted numerous world-renowned companies with patent prosecution and examinations in China, the United States, Europe, Russia, and Southeast Asia, and has provided them with valuable advice for their patent prosecutions. She has also provided clients with patent landscaping, freedom-to-operate analysis, and pre-litigation preparation.
Before joining Han Kun in 2020, Ms. Fang practiced as a patent attorney for four years at a leading domestic IP agency firm.
