Ms. Linlin Zhang's practice focuses on patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, patent due diligence, patent licensing and transactions, and other IP-related counseling.
Ms. Zhang is an experienced patent attorney who mainly engages in the fields of biological/chemical pharmaceuticals, medical devices, nutrition and health, chemical materials, etc. Ms. Zhang has provided services such as patent drafting, responding to office actions, counseling, FTO analysis, invalidation, and litigation to clients that include DSM, JUST Biotherapeutics, Agilent Technologies, Nanyang Technological University, the Regents of the University of Colorado, the PLA General Hospital, Maccura Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Medinno Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. In addition, Ms. Zhang has been deeply involved in a research project entitled "Long-arm Jurisdiction in the Field of Intellectual Property in the USA" led by the Beijing Intellectual Property Office, and was responsible for reviewing relevant literature and cases, and drafting the entire paper and the work summary.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices in 2020, Ms. Zhang practiced as a patent attorney for five years at Beijing East IP.
