Work experience

Ms. Zhang specializes in IP transactions, IP litigation, IP-related dispute resolution, patent prosecution and invalidations, and IP compliance.  Ms. Zhang has handled intellectual property disputes on behalf of clients involving a variety of fields such as chemistry, pharmacy, and computer science, and has participated in handling copyright- and trademark-related disputes.  Ms. Zhang also has experience in IP transactions, especially in IP due diligence and contract reviews, and has assisted clients to review contracts relating to entertainment and pharmaceutical licensing, and assisted in building IPR systems.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry in 2016 from Shandong University and a Juris Master degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
