Mr. Lu has been engaged in patent-related legal matters since 2014. Before joining Han Kun Law Offices in 2018, Mr. Lu worked at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office as a patent agent for four years, and also completed an internship with Zhong Lun Law Firm.
Mr. Lu's practice focuses on patent law, including IP litigation, IP due diligence and counseling, patent invalidation, search, analysis and prosecution, administrative protection and IP investigations, and software copyright registrations, licensing, transfers and protection.
Mr. Lu has successfully handled several hundred patent filing and prosecution cases involving inventions, utility models, and designs. He has provided clients with advice for patent searches, protection strategies, and opinions. Mr. Lu has also represented clients in patent invalidation proceedings, administrative litigations, and civil infringement cases before the Patent Reexamination Board and the courts. He has participated in many litigation cases at various stages and successfully defended his clients' rights and interests.
