Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. He interned in the financial litigation practice of JT&N Law Offices.
Ms. He specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. He obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney in 2019.  Prior to that, Ms. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of International Relations in 2016.
