Mr. Liu has also represented various investment institutions, private equity funds, and founders in handling many corporate cases involving equity investment, control disputes, internal corporate governance issues, and various financial disputes related to investment, management, and divestment in the financial markets concerning stocks, bonds, futures, etc.
