Professionals Shengyao Liu

Work experience

Mr. Liu has been working as a lawyer since 2018, and previously worked at Shihui Partners.  Mr. Liu joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2019.
Mr. Liu's main practice areas are foreign investment, venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, overseas listings, and general corporate matters.  He is mainly responsible for due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal and policy research.

Educational background

Mr. Liu obtained a bachelor's degree in law from Renmin University of China in 2016 and a master's degree in law from the City University of Hong Kong in 2018.
