Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Cao practiced law at Anli Partners.
Ms. Cao specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration. Ms. Cao has participated in significant litigations before the Supreme People's Court, Beijing Higher People's Court, and other courts of different levels. She also has extensive experience in arbitration cases before different arbitral institutions, such as the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). She has represented clients in a variety of disputes, including those involving financial loan contracts, trust loan contracts, sales contracts, share repurchases, labor, enforcement, and corporate control. Ms. Cao has also provided perennial legal services to many companies.
