Work experience

Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Wu practiced law at King & Wood Mallesons.  Ms. Wu primarily assists clients with onshore and offshore initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include conducting legal due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Wu obtained her LL.M. degree from The George Washington University in 2015.  Prior to that, Ms. Wu graduated with an LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2014.
