Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Cui worked in the Beijing office of Global Law Office.  Having worked with two reputable law firms, Ms. Cui has extensive experience in advising both foreign and domestic clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, venture capital and private equity, and investment and capital market transactions.

Educational background

Ms. Cui received an LL.B. degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2010, and received an LL.M. degree from University of Edinburgh in 2011.
