Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Tang practiced as an associate in the Shanghai office of King & Wood Mallesons.
Mr. Tang provides legal services to a number of domestic and foreign banks for their daily operations and finance businesses in China, which mainly include financial institution establishment, syndicated lending, real estate financing, acquisition financing and project finance, among others. Mr. Tang regularly renders legal advice on PRC regulatory requirements to various financial institutions for their business, operating, and marketing activities in China.
Mr. Tang also advises a number of domestic and foreign aircraft leasing companies and domestic airlines on their financing and leasing of aircraft and aviation equipment, including operating leases, finance leases, lease novations and assignments, sale-leasebacks, and tax-bonded leases.
