Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Lian interned with Jia Yuan Law Offices.  
Ms. Lian specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, outbound direct investment, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  She has advised a number of investment institutions and companies in industries including TMT, healthcare, biotechnology, consumption, and entertainment.  Her legal services mainly include drafting and reviewing transaction documents in Chinese and/or English, due diligence, and legal research on PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Lian received both her bachelor's degree in law and master's degree in international law from China Foreign Affairs University.
