Work experience

Ms. Chen specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Chen received an LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) degree in 2016 from Peking University, and received an LL.M. (Master of Law) degree in 2018 from Peking University.
