Work experience

Ms. Wang specializes in venture capital and private equity, cross-border and domestic merger and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and foreign direct investment.  Ms. Wang has been involved in a wide range of industries such as technology, the Internet, telecommunications, media and entertainment. Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate matters and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Sponsored by the Chinese Scholarship Council in 2017, Ms. Wang obtained her LL.M. in International Banking and Finance Law from the University College London.  Prior to that, Ms. Wang graduated from the Central University of Finance and Economics with a first-honor LL.B. degree.
