Mr. Sun began his legal career in 2015 and practiced law at reputable local firm before joining Han Kun. Mr. Sun has provided dispute resolution legal services for many A-share listed companies, state-owned enterprises, and multinational enterprises. He has undertaken numerous major civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases with amounts at issue of over RMB 100 million, which were tried by the Supreme People's Court, local high people's courts, CIETAC, and BAC.
Mr. Sun specializes in contractual dispute resolution, especially disputes pertaining to equity transfers, loan contracts, sales contracts, company valuations, and infringement of trade secrets. He is also familiar with litigation, arbitration, property preservation, and enforcement procedures.
In addition, Mr. Sun is well-experienced in dealing with CSRC administrative penalty cases, such as information disclosure violations, insider trading, intermediary lack of diligence, as well as civil compensation disputes involving false securities statements. He has achieved excellent results on behalf of listed companies and their executives in dealing with administrative penalties and shareholder lawsuits.
