Ms. Fei Wang's practice focuses on patent law, including patent drafting, prosecution and reexamination, invalidation, freedom-to-operate searches, intellectual property due diligence and other IP-related counseling. She has extensive experience in providing legal services to both domestic and multinational clients. She also has extensive experience in design patents.
Ms. Wang has helped well-known domestic and multinational clients to obtain numerous patents in China, particularly in technical fields such as mechanical engineering and automotive engineering.
Ms. Wang has also represented clients in patent invalidation proceedings and administrative litigations before the Patent Reexamination Board and the courts, and has obtained many favorable results for a number of renowned companies.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Wang practiced as a senior patent attorney at King & Wood Mallesons for more than eight years.
