Professionals Peiqi Huang

Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Huang worked at Tian Yuan Law Firm.
Ms. Huang primarily assists clients with various merger and acquisition deals, venture capital and private equity, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include conducting legal due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Huang obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree and Bachelor of Management degree in 2013 from Renmin University of China, and obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2016 from University of Maryland School of Law.
