Ms. Fang focuses her practice on handling patent prosecution, patent litigation, patent consulting and other IP-related matters for both multinational and domestic clients in China.
For patent prosecution, Ms. Fang has provided services for many world-renowned companies and local cutting-edge companies, including patent drafting, responding to office actions, patent reexaminations, patentability searches, etc.
For patent litigation, Ms. Fang has represented a multinational company in a patent lawsuits initiated by a large domestic company, had partially invalidated the patent-at-issue and protected the client’s interests.
For patent consulting, Ms. Fang has provided SEP patent analysis for a multinational communication company, and has provide patent stability search, patent infringement analysis, competitor analysis services for many multinational and local companies.
Ms. Fang’s practice primarily involves technical fields such as AI, telecommunications, electrical engineering, semiconductor fabrication, and AR/VR technologies.
Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Fang worked as a patent agent for two years at a leading IP law firm, and also worked as a software engineer for one year at a renowned new energy resources company.
