Work experience

Ms. Sha joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2019, where she mainly assists clients with family or clan wealth intergenerational inheritance, family business management, establishment of offshore/domestic funds, and the registration of management companies of private equity funds.  Ms. Sha has participated in cornerstone investments, margin financings, and private equity funds.  Her legal services mainly include legal research, designing trust structures, and drafting and reviewing transaction documents, trust deeds, limited partnership agreements, and other fund documents.

Educational background

Ms. Sha graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Northwest University of Political Science and Law in 2015.
