Work experience

Ms. Yin has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since graduation, where she specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and domestic and international capital markets.  Her legal services include due diligence and drafting and reviewing transaction documents.  She represents clients covering a wide range of industries, including the Internet, information technology, education, medicine, and energy.

Educational background

Ms. Yin earned a bachelor's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2016.  She obtained her master's degree in intellectual property law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2019.
