Mr. Jiang's practice focuses on patent law.  He is familiar with patent practices in both China and Europe, and has extensive patent drafting, application, reexamination and invalidation experience.  Mr. Jiang mainly practices in the technical fields of information and communications technology and computer science, among others.
Mr. Jiang has helped numerous worldwide renowned companies obtain patents in China, Europe, and the United States, and has provided them with valuable advice for their patent prosecution strategies.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices in 2019, Mr. Jiang practiced as a patent agent for nearly four years at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office and for nearly six years at Wuesthoff & Wuesthoff, a Munich-based patent law firm.

Mr. Jiang received his B.S. degree in Communication Engineering from Tongji University in 2006, his M.S. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt (Germany) in 2009, and his LL.M. degree from Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) in Germany in 2023.
