Professionals Jiaye Wang

Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Wang worked as an associate with EY Law Firm.
Mr. Wang mainly focuses on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.  He assists clients in a variety of industries in legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, negotiations, and PRC legal opinions.

Educational background

Mr. Wang graduated with an LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2015 and then obtained his LL.M. from the University of Texas, at Austin in 2016.
