Han Kun's corporate compliance practice comprises about 40 legal professionals, all of whom graduated with a law degree from top Chinese or international universities, have excellent language skills, and can work proficiently in foreign languages (such as English and German).  The senior partners have expertise covering nearly all aspects of compliance services, and have practiced law for many years in prestigious domestic and international law firms.  They have extensive practice experience and have advised numerous Chinese and international clients.  Through years of practice, they have accumulated in-depth understanding of business practices in China, especially of multinationals'  investments and operations.  Han Kun's corporate compliance team has deep knowledge of specialty practice fields and strives to provide practical compliance solutions that can serve business needs based on the uniqueness of each enterprise with an industry-specific focus.

Han Kun's corporate compliance practice has extensive experience in dealing with government-initiated administrative or criminal enforcement and other crises.  In addition, the team also has experience in large-scale investigations, especially internal and external investigations of multinational companies.  We are familiar with compliance department workflows in multinational companies and have cooperations with well-known foreign legal consultants and accounting firm audit teams.  We are familiar with commonly used compliance investigation tools, such as Relativity and Brainspace.
