Work experience

Ms. Ding focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, securities law compliance, and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Ding completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Ashely M. Chan of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  She also represented student entrepreneurs in the BU/MIT Student Innovations Law Clinic.  During law school, she served as a research assistant of international law and participated in the 2025 Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
