Work experience

Mr. Zhu advises corporate clients and financial institutions on a variety of debt and equity transactions including SEC-registered offerings, high yield and investment grade offerings, MTN programme drawdowns and updates, and initial public offerings and liability management matters.  His experience spans sectors such as real estate, banking, TMT, power, and mining.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Joshua worked at a U.S. law firm and a UK magic circle law firm in their Hong Kong offices.

Educational background

Mr. Zhu obtained a master's degree from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a master's degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.  He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in law from Sichuan University.
