Work experience

Ms. Yunhan Zhu has been practicing law since 2021.
Ms. Zhu focuses on private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhu worked at the New York City Law Department.

Educational background

Ms. Zhu Yunhan received her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics degrees from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2023 and later received her Master of Laws degree from New York University School of Law in 2024.
