Ms. Zou specializes in Civil and commercial dispute resolution; she has handled a series of disputes over corporate control, contract disputes over equity transfer, construction project contract disputes, performance brokerage contract disputes, and private lending contract disputes, leasing contract disputes, helping clients recover losses of totaling hundreds of millions of RMB. In addition, Ms. Zou once provided a foreign company with pre-litigation consulting services for cross-border trade disputes, and a district government management committee with perennial legal counsels and administrative litigation agent services.
