Work experience

Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Fu interned with a well-known patent agency and engaged in work related to patent applications.  With a background in electrical engineering and automation, Ms. Fu specializes in patent litigation and patent invalidation.  Ms. Fu is also involved in antitrust litigation.

Educational background

Ms. Fu received both a Master of Laws degree from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom and a Master of Laws degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2023, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2017.
