Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Cheng worked in the New York office of Paul Hastings LLP and the Houston office of Shearman & Sterling.

Educational background

Ms. Cheng graduated from Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School with a Bachelor of Laws degree.  After that, Ms. Cheng went to the United States for further study; she earned a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor degree from University of Texas at Austin.
