Mr. Xu specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and foreign direct investment.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
Mr. Xu has represented various reputable venture capital and private equity funds (such as Matrix Partners China, Legend Capital, Joy Capital, Qiming VC, Gopher Asset, and Baidu Ventures), he has also represented many companies in a wide variety of industries such as the Internet, telecommunications, information technology, media, consumer goods, and healthcare.

Mr. Xu obtained his LL.M. in International Law from the University of International Business and Economics in 2016.  Prior to that, Mr. Xu graduated with an LL.B. from the University of International Business and Economics in 2014.
