Work experience

Mr. Cai specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Cai received his master's degree from Peking University in 2021.  Prior to that, Mr. Cai graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2019.
