Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Chen worked with Zhong Lun Law Firm.
Ms. Chen specializes in the formation and operation of onshore and offshore investment funds, and AMAC private investment fund manager registrations and private investment fund filings.  Her legal services include drafting and reviewing transaction documents and general corporate compliance matters.

Educational background

Ms. Chen graduated with an LL.B. degree and an LL.M. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.
